Over the years, he has blended all of those influences together to create his own unique style, which he famously terms “Chef Anthony’s Cuisine!” (CAC) Williams has been given rave reviews in several national publications, including USA Today, who lauded his grilled chicken breast with Caribbean jerk spices, a meal he was contracted to prepare for a 2,500 person affair in affiliation with the 2000 Super Bowl Games in Atlanta.
He is also a highly sought after pastry chef, and has developed quite a reputation as the man to call when you want your dessert to make a statement.
